Many news sites affected by the penetration Syrian Electronic Army!

The Syrian Electronic Army (SEA) successfully hacked and redirected traffic away from Gigya CDN to their own servers distributing a “socialize.js” file, resulting in a popup screen seen by everyone. Many sites affected including Verizon, Forbes, Time Out, PC World, CNBC, and others.

The resulting popup simply stated “You’ve been hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army”!
